2022-23 Acalanes & President’s Volunteer Service Awards Program
The 2022-2023 program year has kicked off with an important change. This year, the minimum qualifying hours for an Acalanes Service Award has increased to 25 hours. It was previously reduced from 30 to 20 hours to accommodate limited in-person opportunities during COVID-19. For the 2023-2024 program year, Acalanes will return to a 30 hour service hour minimum to be consistent with other local high schools.
How to Apply in 3 Steps:
- Volunteer following “qualifying service” guidelines. Please read instructions on what activities qualify as volunteer hours. It’s very important to know if your volunteer activities qualify as all applications are reviewed and your hours may be denied if they do not meet the criteria.
- Fill out a 2022-2023 Acalanes and/or Presidents Volunteer Service Form for each service activity. Students may start using the 2022-23 Verification Forms now and collect needed signatures for completed work.
- Scan and send the forms electronically to communityservice@acalanesparentsclub.com by April 14, 2023.
