ACA Service Awards Deadline:Friday Apr 18. If your student is working towards an AHS or Presidential Service Award, make sure their volunteer hours are entered and validated in Helper Helper by their supervisor by Friday, Apr 18. Gott’s Lunch and Dinner Fundraiser: Thursday, Apr 24. This is an AWESOME opportunity to enjoy a really good meal (who doesn’t love GOTTS!?!) and also raise money for our Frosh class. Gott’s has generously agreed that 10% of the entire day’s sales will go exclusively to our Frosh class (in person, online, DoorDash, and/or phone are included although DoorDash fees will be subtracted before sales are calculated). No need to even mention Acalanes. Please mark your calendars and plan for an amazing Gott’s lunch or dinner on April 24!!
Boosters Bash: Saturday, Apr 26. Saddle up, Dons! It’s time to dust off your boots and throw on your best denim to support our Acalanes Dons. Don’t miss out on a fun evening with friends packed with dinner, dessert, and dancing. Buy your tickets today, and help support our 830 Dons athletes across 28 sports.
Frosh Ice Cream Social Help, Thursday May 15. This is our last frosh student social/parent volunteer opportunity of the year and should be a fun event for the kids as we head into summer!
