Sophomore Parent Volunteers Needed for Art & Wine Festival on Saturday, Sept 20! We could still really use some help at the festival. Sophomore (and Junior) class parents are traditionally in charge of the main ticket booth at the festival so it’s our turn for the next two years to step for our school! Sophomore parents have Saturday this year. Please sign up here to help with this fundraiser for our students!
HOCO Donations and Snacks! Please sign up here if you’re able to lend an event/wedding arch, donate any fun formal-ish dresses you may have, and/or if you’d like to contribute snacks/beverages for the HOCO work parties. Thank you!
Next HOCO Student Work Party is Sept 14 from 2:00–5:00pm at Acalanes. Students can join for any part of the work party. Please encourage your student to join in the fun of HOCO hallway decorating prep!
Parent Social Followup. Thanks to everyone who attended our fall parent social. For those that paid $35 for pizza, the price was based on the original caterer’s price and was not intended to be a fundraiser. They cancelled at the last minute and Pancoast Pizza stepped in and saved the day which was awesome, and they came in at a lower cost ($15). If anyone would like a refund of the difference, please contact Raina Foster (rainafoster@gmail.com). Otherwise, we will add it to the class of 2028 class fund.
Snack Shack Help for Oct 3 and Oct 31. Please mark your calendars and consider volunteering in the snack shack on Oct 3 and Oct 31. Signups coming soon.
