We are 1 week out from one of the best weeks on campus! Here are the MOST important things you need to know TODAY:
- Check out the HOCO Overview document for everything your student needs to know and be at!
- Buy the HOCO T-shirt NOW on the webstore. They are $12 but will only be on the webstore until tomorrow at 12:45pm.
- Our annual canned food drive begins TOMORROW! Last year we fundraised 47,899 meals for the Contra Costa Food Bank. Please consider donating canned goods or money. Class sites are:
- We are in need of 20 more adult chaperones at HOCO Night Out. With 1100+ students in attendance, we need YOU! Please consider signing up.
- Next Sunday we kick off HOCO with Hallway Decorating. Please encourage your student to come and help their class between the hours of 10:00am-3:00pm with our community walkthrough from 5:00-6:00pm. It is truly incredible what we create for our campus!
- Hoco Night out tickets are now on sale via Go Fan. If students purchased ASB, they must use their ID number in the promo code box in order to receive the $35 ticket price. Want to bring a guest? The guest contract is due Wednesday, Sept 23.

It’s NOT too late to purchase your ASB Sticker-in fact it is the perfect time!
Please consider supporting student activities at Acalanes by purchasing an ASB sticker. They can be purchased on the webstore. Thank you in advance for your support of student programming. If your student didn’t get their WHITE ASB Shirt, please send them to room 314.
ASB stickers cost $115 and support all student activities at Acalanes, support athletics ($30 of every card sale goes directly to athletics), and help to pay for AHS’ finance tech’s salary. It also provides students discounts/free entry to the following:
-Home athletic events (Except playoffs). This year we have 5 home football games (totaling $30 without ASB).
-Free or discounted tickets to dances (For Homecoming, you will save at least $25 with ASB)
-Free Acalanes t-shirt at Dons Day (worth $15)
-Discounts at 12 local businesses when you show your ASB sticker on your ID card. 2026-
