Course request confirmation letters
Course request confirmation letters were recently mailed to all students for the 2020-2021 school year. Please review course selections with your student for accuracy. Acalanes faculty is currently building class schedules based on this information. Keep in mind that the school works hard to accommodate preferred schedules, but can make no guarantees. Final course schedules are distributed at Dons Day in August.
Visitors on Campus
In our continuing effort to tighten up our campus security, all visitors arriving to Acalanes need to come directly to the attendance office to sign into our visitor’s log and pick up a white visitors sticker. This includes all frequent visitors as well as parents with or without an appointment. If you are visiting any of the following offices: counseling office, principal’s office, college and career center, classrooms, and parents who are attending IEP or 504 meetings, our staff will be looking for your white badges to indicate you’ve checked in.

Thursday, Jan 30, 2020-2021 Course Preview and Open House from 5:30-8pm for Students and Parents
The night is a valuable resource for current Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors who are mapping out their future courses, as well as an excellent way for incoming 9th grade students to experience all that Acalanes has to offer. It’s also a great way to connect with fellow Acalanes parents. Mark your calendars to attend and stay tuned for an event schedule next week.
