Acalanes Parents Club has committed nearly $180,000 to Acalanes this school year which provides vital services for our entire AHS community. As of today, we have yet to reach that goal and we need your help!
We are tremendously grateful for your support which funds programming for all Acalanes students and staff, including:
If you haven’t had a chance to donate, please do so here. Any amount is needed and greatly appreciated.
Another important source of funds is making your donations go twice as far with Corporate Matching. Please check if your company has a matching program and, if so, contact corpmatch@acalanesparentsclub.com for further information.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
APC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee extends a warm welcome to all our families and invites you to connect with our committee.
We look forward to participating in a number of Fall activities including:
We will host a kick-off meeting soon, but in the meantime, we can use a few more parents to help with our communications and social media. No experience needed and low time commitment. Click here to find out more.

Schedule Change Requests
If your student would like to request a change in their schedule, please use this googleform. Your student must sign into their AHS student account on google (auhsd email and network password) to access the form.
Counselors will be working on schedule changes from Wednesday, Aug 10 through Monday, Aug 22. If we are able to accommodate the request, we will post the student’s name on the Counseling Office window. If students see their name, they can come in and pick up their new schedule! If they don’t, please be patient. We will try to accommodate as many changes as we can. Students should follow the schedule they have until they get notified of a change.
Does your student need to have an EPIPEN available? If so, we need new medical documentation each calendar year. Please fill this form out completely and include both parent AND physician signatures and return to me.
Order more FREE Covid tests here.
Please see my website for more information on medications, health issues, forms, etc.
SUMMER RECIPE: Pesto – This is a vegan pesto recipe made with cashew nuts. If you are allergic, you can substitute hummus.
Looking forward to a GREAT year together!
