Pandemic exhaustion tips for students will be highlighted along with ways parents can help students stay engaged. Expect a light-hearted but highly informative hour. Monday, Nov 16 from 7-8:30pm – Racial Equity Workshop #2 with Dr. Watson
This session will further explore language around race and identity. There are just a few spots available! (After the second session, registration will close, so be sure to sign up soon.) To secure your spot, register here. 

Saturday, October 3rd – ACA Campus Clean-Up – Kick off the month of October by helping us spruce up our campus so it looks great when students return. All are welcome – students, parents, and community members. Grab a few friends or pull your club or team to work together in socially-distanced zones. Look for the blast next week for the Sign Up Genius link.

Acalanes Parents Club will continue its APC Grant Program this year with a focus on creative solutions to enhance the educational experience of AHS students during distance learning, and with an eye toward ideas for when we gather again in-person. Teachers, students and parents are welcome to submit a grant proposal by accessing the criteria and application form here:

The first in a series of six seminars with Dr. Lori Watson will allow parents to intimately explore issues of race and identity. Dr. Watson will respond to parent questions that have come up since her last parent forum. She will also address the teacher-moderated racial equity workshops our children have attended.
