Senior Parent Night
Please join Counselor Anne Schonauer and College and Career Center Advisor Debbie Levy in the library on Thursday, Sept 11, from 6:30-7:30pm to discuss post-high school planning, details regarding letters of recommendation, sending transcripts, college visits, and more. After the event, meet other senior parents at Metro from 7:45-9pm to debrief together!
Back to School Night
Acalanes Back to School Night (BTSN) is Thursday, August 28 from 5:15-8pm! Please plan to join at 5:15pm in the front quad for a Parent and Staff Reception hosted by the Acalanes Parents Club (APC). Principal Shawn will share some remarks around 5:30pm and classroom visits start at 6pm.
Important Reminder: be sure to print the BTSN Program here and write down your student’s schedule and room numbers so you know where to go! Print and fold like a book.

Dons Day
Tomorrow is Dons Day from 7:30-11:30am.
- Frosh Orientation 12-1:30pm.
- New Parent Orientation 12-1pm.
- Transfer students are invited to meet near the flagpole at 11:30am for an orientation and tour.
- IMPORTANT: Completed registration in Aeries required before student will receive their schedules. New to the school? Head over to the Main Office before Monday to provide proof of residency. Returning juniors do not need to do this.
Graduation 6pm
Graduation Friday, May 30th 6pm-7pm followed by Grad Night for all Seniors. Click here for Graduation Information.
Senior Rally in Park
New ACA Tradition! Senior Rally In the Park. Thursday, May 22nd from 3-4:30pm in Lafayette Plaza
Across the street from Sideboard in downtown Lafayette, all seniors and their families will gather to celebrate this amazing class in the heart of downtown. We invite our Acalanes community to drive by with cheers and horns, and/or stop by to high-five a senior and take a picture.
